Member Club Qualifications
- NCC Membership is open to all Department 56 Collectors' Clubs on an individual basis.
- Member Club
- A club may apply for membership by submitting an application on a form approved by the Board accompanied by
any fees and/or Council dues to the Membership Committee for approval.
- The application form shall contain an agreement to abide by the Council purpose, the Bylaws, and any special
rules or amendments adopted by the Council thereafter
- Member Clubs must be independent collectors' clubs with:
- duly elected officers.
- bylaws compatible with those of the Council
- dues paying members
- at least four (4) meetings per year
- Member Clubs must be self-governing groups without dependency upon individual Department 56 retailers, secondary
dealers, independent newsletters, promoters, or any other commercial venture related to Department 56 products.
- Clubs sponsored by Associate Members in good standing and who meet the requirements under (1) above may be approved as
Member Clubs by the Board.
