My Vision and Goals for the NCC

Ten Points
• More interactive networking of each regional representative with
representatives of local clubs
• Increased visibility of our national team of officers
• Develop a panel of members of successful clubs from throughout the
country to develop programs and strategies that would create interest in
club activities and promote additional membership
• Participate in the training of local representatives in the process of
recruiting new members
• Initiate media campaign whereby the NCC distributes DVDs and print
materials to local clubs that share the good news of the many successes
and opportunities the NCC provides
• Continue the effective work of the NCC Bulletin and website and
communicate its resourcefulness to the members
• Provide added encouragement and support to individual clubs and/or
regions in planning collector gatherings
• Understand and participate in the aspects of Department 56 products
and retail sales
• Recognize local clubs for outstanding and unique endeavors and share
their proven successes as models for other clubs
• Survey NCC members and clubs for additional input regarding ideas and
the direction of the NCC
